We partnered with our friends over at Culture Coffee to bring you a prominent feature in the field of specialty coffee; we welcome back a harvest we very much enjoyed working with last year, the sought after Gesha cultivar!
This is a high quality crop roasted to highlight unique sensory characteristics. The quality is evident with every sip.
Enjoy plunging into the depths of complexity with this coffee. Identifying specific flavor notes is indeed a fun challenge. Nicknamed the "shapeshifter", it shifts into many different types of flavors as it is heated and then cooled. Just when you think you’ve figured them out, they change!
Enjoy the spectrum of flavors that will prevail, however, the ones that stood out most to us were the Plum, Orange, Hibiscus, Papaya, Mango, and Caramel.
This is a return of the washed Gesha cultivar coffee from Huila, Colombia, produced by Juliana Guevara and Wbeimar Lasso on their estate, La Terraza.
Audience: For those craving a vast complex array of flavors. This Gesha is sure to be enjoyed by coffee connoisseurs with unique brewing methods.
