Fog and Flame, or as we like to call it "Fog", dug its roots in Bloomsburg, PA in 2013. The goal of its establishment was to provide better coffee and service delivery to an area that barely understood the vast world of specialty coffee.

The early methodical of Fog created an atmosphere for people to build community and drink quality coffee. It was always believed that where good coffee was, good conversation followed. There was nothing like it. Back then, the original baristas served as the bedrock for displaying higher quality drinks with artful and skillful delivery.

While Fog was under previous ownership from the years of 2013-2019, starting at the end of 2020, a member of the original crew of baristas, along with his wife, took over to continue the good work. As many good and beautiful changes underwent Fog itself, so did the field of specialty coffee. Driven by scientific methodology, the precision in which coffee flavor can be enhanced and highlighted moved into the forefront of Fog and Flame. We started to source and roast green coffee in 2022 and established ourselves as Bloomsburg's first and only coffee roastery.

Just as specialty coffee is traced to its origin, quality coffee in Bloomsburg can be traced to its origin, Fog and Flame.
